How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Rojgar Bangla account, or include your registered phone number in the message body.
Use the subject line Account Deletion Request so our support team can process it quickly.
What happens after your request
After verifying the request, the Rojgar Bangla team will delete or anonymize your account data from our active systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 business days.
Data deleted
- Your app account profile.
- Your saved preferences linked to the account.
- Associated app session records and connected device registrations where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing our terms. If retained, that data is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
